01 What we do #
- Keep your work local. Kansei is local-first: our account and control-plane systems are not designed to receive your source code, prompts, transcripts, files, or provider credentials.
- Let you own your work. You keep ownership of what you bring, and as between you and Uplift, you own AI output generated for you.
- Use your content narrowly. Our license to your content is limited to operating, securing, supporting, and administering the Service, following your instructions, and complying with law.
- Bill transparently. Price, trial end date, renewal frequency, and how to cancel are shown at checkout; cancellation works online; ending a trial early will not accelerate your first charge beyond the date disclosed at checkout.
- Encrypt remote sessions. Content in Kansei's protected remote-session channel is encrypted before it enters the relay infrastructure.
02 What we never do #
- Sell your personal data, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law.
- Train or fine-tune general-purpose AI models on your Working Content, unless you affirmatively opt in under separate terms.
- Attempt to reidentify data we have deidentified.
- Treat your content or support submissions as “feedback” we can freely exploit, unless you expressly designate them as feedback.
03 What you should know #
- Agents are powerful and risky. They can modify files, run commands, install software, and act without supervision. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for review, testing, isolation, and backups.
- The Service is provided as is. We disclaim warranties, and our liability is capped, generally at the greater of six months of fees you paid or US $100.
- Third parties are their own worlds. AI providers, repositories, and integrations you connect are governed by their own terms, prices, and privacy practices, not ours.
- Where and how disputes happen. Kansei is not currently offered in the EEA or the UK. Disputes are resolved in Delaware courts, both sides waive a jury, and claims must be brought within one year, except where law says otherwise.
- The full documents control. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the complete, binding picture.
