This notice sits alongside the Privacy Policy, which governs how Uplift handles personal data, and the Terms of Service, which govern the Service itself.
01 Purpose and scope #
Uplift uses service providers to operate Kansei accounts, billing, hosting, backups, network delivery, security, communications, and related functions. A provider may be a processor, contractor, independent controller, or other recipient depending on the service and applicable law.
This public notice is not a contractual subprocessor schedule. If Uplift signs a data processing agreement that requires a separate subprocessor list or notice process, that agreement controls.

03 User-selected identity and platform providers #
If you choose Google, GitHub, or Apple sign-in, that provider processes the authentication request under its own terms. Uplift may receive an account identifier, email, name, profile information, and authentication or security metadata within the requested scope.
Optional browser or platform notifications may use services operated by Apple, Google, Mozilla, or another platform provider. Those providers may process subscription identifiers, IP and delivery metadata, and encrypted notification payloads.
04 AI providers and integrations selected by the user #
AI providers, repositories, terminals, editors, local-model software, speech services, notification integrations, and other tools you connect are generally selected by you and are not Uplift service providers for the direct processing you instruct them to perform. They receive information according to your configuration and their own terms and privacy notices.
05 Locations and provider changes #
Providers and processing locations may change based on availability, latency, resilience, security, cost, legal, or operational needs. Uplift does not promise a particular provider, country, region, data center, or residency configuration unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Uplift may add, replace, or remove providers and update this notice. Advance notice, approval, objection, audit, or termination rights apply only where required by law or expressly agreed in a signed contract.
06 Contact #
Questions about this notice may be sent to privacy@kansei.sh. Requests for contractual subprocessor terms must be addressed in a signed enterprise agreement or data processing agreement.
